Distribution Upgrade app does not resize correctly after Details are expanded

Bug Description
Found during upgrade from 17.04 to 17.10.
I clicked on the 'Details' drop-down button in the 'Distribution Upgrade' app. The bottom of the window for this app moved below the bottom of my display. It was not re-drawn correctly either when the same 'Details' button was collapsed.
The only way to get to the 'Next' or 'Proceed' button (sorry I can't remember exactly what the button was named) was to use 'Alt key' and mouse drag the window up so I could proceed with the upgrade.
