Ubuntu MATE 21.10 with MATE Desktop 1.26

Sound missing from Control Center in Hardware section.

This was available in Ubuntu MATE prior to update to 1.26

Sound is still accessible via the Menu.

I've confirmed this using the following:

 $ bsdtar -x -f impish-desktop-amd64.iso -O \./.disk/info
Ubuntu-MATE 21.10 "Impish Indri" - Daily amd64 (20211008)%

This seems like something worth release noting and is a good candidate for an SRU.
