Bug Description
Right now, AppRecommendation objects are serverd to anyone interested, they are not per-user based. But the feedback submitted for those recommendation is a single integer field, which means that only last submitted one will be stored in the database.
It should be either tracked for each user separately or AppRecommendation objects should be created for each user separately, to allow for a potential feedback.
