Click packages need to exclude the .bzr dir

When generating a click package, we need to be careful to explicetly exclude the .bzr dir (and maybe .git, .hg and .svn for good measure).
Shipping your source by accident is not very fun :)

It might be nice to have an "Excludes" tab on the Packaging form that pre-populates with some of these, but let's the developer add others to the list. For example, I have an "artwork" directory that contains source images for icons and such, which shouldn't be included in the binary package being distributed to end users.

Added support also for <projectpath>/.excludes file which can be used to exclude path's and files from the click package.
