Photo hosting should be centralized and should not rely on sites requiring registration

Bug Description

I would like to centralize efforts of sharing LoCo photos. I feel it should either be centralized on the web site's hosting provider. This can be also done by using a drupal module which allows photo gallery/sharing/upload.

Until then, all photos have been posted here:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/45189027@N06/

Please make "Album photos" link to this page instead of flickr, facebook, ubuntu-qc.org seperately. Let me know if you need the auth details for the flickr account or if I am missing any pictures. I do not mind maintaining the photo share for the LoCo.

A single account means we'll have to share credentials. How about using our Ubuntu One accounts ? and / or just tagging pictures with "ubuntu-qc" when using our own storage (I use Picasa).

Going to multiple pages to find photos is actually what I was trying to avoid. We can use the email-to-flickr gateway (show to me by Fab), or have an FTP server and create temp accounts when people want to upload images.

I like these solutions much better than the UbuntuOne (which does not work) or Tagging (which still causes people to go to multiple page or create accounts to see pictures).

I agree that things would be much simpler if there was only one place to put the pictures, but there is no way we are going to convince everyone to use only our system. People like to put picture on socials web site like facebook because they can share them with friends. So unless someone want to try to convince all those people to put their picture in a single place, i'm switching this bug to "Wont Fix".
