Laptop Tracker: Make "not tested" linkable

Going into the Laptop Summary and selecting a report you get a list of test cases. It's shown a green confirmation mark for the perfomed tests and a "not tested" image for those not tested.
The green mark is a link to the specific testcase, the "not tested" image is not.

Making the "not tested" image linkable will allow the tester to go directly to the testcase for reporting the test and would allow supervisor to check results from other laptop in that testcase. (see sample screenshot attached)
