Bug Description
In their profile, ISO Tracker users can set up their launchpad id.
This is an optional column and, if they don't set it up, they won't appear in the Hall Of Fame.
The script needs to be modify to use the ISO tracker username if no launchpadid has been set.

Now that we're using openid, I think this should be entirely fixed (people need to have a LP account).
