Bug Description
1. Google "ubuntu iso tracker" and you'll be presented with a link to the HTTPS website.
2. A number of JS and CSS files that are required explicitly via HTTP won't load for security reasons.
Browser: Chromium 80.0.3987.149 64-bit
Simple fix: don't prefix the protocol, but link to the files with //hostname/foo.bar
