Bug Description

Currently the link info against a user from the tracker points to LP user.

http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/reports/testers

Would be a lot more useful for people using tracker history to be able to link to what a specific user has previously

Generally people mousing over 'people' will have some idea who they are in LP - kind of redundant info.

So instead of finding https://launchpad.net/~walterorlin when you click walterorlin you'd see what tests they'd reported against and bugs they'd found.
