Testcase bug reporting now no longer apparent

Previous to recent changes to how testcases are shown on the tracker there was an easily seen option to report a bug against testcases.

For example

http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/326/builds/89073/testcases/1301/results

No way to report a testcase bug - someone new to the system would have no idea,

To see that now you have to follow the Detailed Information on Testcase link which takes you to

http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/testcases/1301/info

Suggest that the bug report link moves to the front page.

I assume this is a great bug for someone to get there feet wet on the codebase.
