Bug Description
1. Open http://
2. Click the Log In button in the sidebar on the left
3. You're redirected to login.ubuntu.com; press the "Yes, log me in" button
4. You end up at http://
Why is it redirecting me to user registration? I tried to log in, not sign up.

I see you have a launchpad account, and it's been around for some time. https:/
I agree with Walter, this is specific to your user sadly. Can you screenshot the process? What groups do you send to the tracker on the openid login?

I have no idea what this question even means!

The video is up now.

This is perhaps relevant: I had logged in to iso.qa.ubuntu.com successfully in the past, I think around the timeframe of 14.04 alpha releases.
I tried again 6 months later and couldn't log in.

Have you tried going to https:/
Really seems like an SSO issue rather than anything else.

I have tried many things (including logging out, or testing incognito windows). SSO works fine with every other Ubuntu site (e.g. wiki, launchpad), just not with the iso tracker.

Ok. So I would really suggest talking to someone at ISD then.
| Marius Gedminas (mgedmin) wrote : | #9 |
The letters "ISD" do not mean anything to me.
This bug is one of my attempts to contact someone sysadmin-ish who could take a look at the various databases involved and/or look at the log files. (Other attempts were asking on IRC and emailing nskaggs.)

I imagined that you would follow the links.

ISD is Infrastructure Systems Development.
The contact information to mail them is in one of the links.
I understand you're trying to get someone 'sysadmin-sh' to look. This is a bug reporting site.
Generally people who people who are involved in something that a bug is reported against try to help, Nick is involved with Canonical. I'm also on the Forum Council - read admin on the forum. We have to deal with people each and every day with SSO issues, hence I have tried to point you in the right direction.
The chances of an SSO admin reading this are slim.

I fail reading comprehension today. Sorry!

Contacted the ISD (<email address hidden>) on Apr 11. Got this automated reply.

Heard nothing since then.

Marius, if you don't otherwise hear back, you can inquire about your ticket via #canoncial-sysadmin on freenode. SSO issues sadly are not something I can really help with. Elfy gave you some great information that should help you get sorted. Sorry for the trouble; nothing like something that used to work breaking!

I was able to successfully log in to iso.qa.ubuntu.com today.

I made sure I was logged out of Ubuntu One and the ISO tracker and had no problems simply hitting Log In and logging in like normal. My guess is this directly affects your user.
