Can you elaborate: What form could not be found? Did a link send you to an unexisting page?

This affects me too. I just created a new ubuntuOne account and verified my mail.

When I click "Login" on the iso.qa.ubuntu.com page I'm redirected to ubuntuone (https://login.ubuntu.com/SOMEHASH/+decide) where I accept the "Personal Data Request" to share my mailaddress with iso.qa.ubuntu.com. I'm then redirected back to http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/user/register?destination=qatracker/milestones/308/builds

But instead of being logged in I get the warning message "Complete the registration by filling out the form below"; below that there's the error message "The resource you tried to access doesn't exist. This can happen because of an invalid link or because of a bug."

I don't see any forms I could fill out; tested with Firefox 28.0 and IE9, both on Win7 x64.

Did you log in to Launchpad with your Ubuntu One account before trying to log in to the tracker?

No, althought I had an existing login for launchpad. But it wasn't clear to me that I could use that account as a Ubuntu One account and therefore created a new Ubuntu One account.

After I logged into launchpad with that Ubuntu One account I could use it also to login into the QA ISO Tracker. This time the "Personal Data Request" additionally included the username that was created during the login into launchpad.

Setting this as invalid for the QA website.

Reporters, this might be a bug in documentation though: where do you see it mentioned that you can log in with "just" a Ubuntu One account?

I doubt this should be closed as invalid.

If you create a fresh Ubuntu One Account and never log in to launchpad that account does not have a username. I think the missing username leads then to the warning message "Complete the registration by filling out the form below" if you want to login into the iso tracker.

In my opinion this is a bug belonging to the QA website. The iso tracker website should handle the missing username, at least state that the account can not be created as it must be used with launchpad first. But there is no form below that could be filled out.

When I click Login on the iso tracker I am redirected to a page where I must login with a Ubuntu One account.

As I never had to do anything with Ubuntu One here in launchpad or elsewhere I considered myself as a "new Ubuntu One user" - I didn't see any other possibilities.

However, that part is unrelated to QA website.

The same bug affects many more websites, like the Ubuntu community help wiki, so the bug source is not the QA tracker itself, but either documentation or Ubuntu One; or both.

I'm attaching screenshots showing the steps I followed to try to log in to the QA tracker.

1) I click 'Login' on http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/. (Screenshot Selection_001)

2) I'm redirected to https://login.ubuntu.com/MCpTmbxnjjNf3NGH/+decide. I click "Yes, log me in" (Screenshot Selection_002)

3) I'm redirected to http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/user/register?destination=qatracker, where I'm told to "Complete the registration by filling out the form below." But there is no form, only this message (Screenshot Selection_004):

"Oops!

The resource you tried to access doesn't exist. This can happen because of an invalid link or because of a bug.

Please make sure you didn't type in an invalid URL and try again.
If the error persists, report a bug here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-qa-website/+filebug"

If the QA website requires that a user also log into their Launchpad account, shouldn't the instructions say that?

This was resolved for my by updating my Ubuntu One account email to the same email I use for Launchpad.
