Bug Description
If an image has a lot of bugs, some of the bug links are unclickable because the tooltip appears on top of them.
Confirmed with various browsers.

Thanks for your report. Confirmed, on the group of bugs, bugs on the left side of the group are behind the tooltip and are reachable with the mouse pointer.
