Bug Description

Currently when accessing the tracker sites and reporting results you are presented with a list of bugs previously reported.

Would it be more sensible to only show users reporting the bugs which are still un-fixed.

Logically I would prefer to be shown a list of bugs that 'could' still be active - less to read, less to focus on. Instead I could focus on the test at hand and know that 'these bugs' could still be there - watch for the.

I wish there was a "can't fix" status for that one :)

13:53 < stgraber> so short answer, yes it'd be great but it's not possible
13:53 < elfy> bah
13:53 < elfy> I wish I'd waited now lol
13:53 < stgraber> that's because a bug number may have any number of tasks, some of these may be marked as fixed some may not
13:54 < stgraber> as you only provide a bug number, the tracker will always pick the first one
13:54 < elfy> ok - I can see that reasoning :)
13:54 < stgraber> but that one may be fixed (say, upstream) and not in Ubuntu, so the bug should still be listed...
13:54 < elfy> yep
13:54 < stgraber> (and same goes with Ubuntu series, so just filtering for Ubuntu unfortunately doesn't quite work either)

Would it be sensible to show the bugs in two lists: one for bugs which statuses are unclosed, and other for bugs that should be closed.

Alternatively, it would be nice if the bugs could be shown as a table so one could see the statuses/descriptions quickly instead of having to hover over each bug. I'm going to propose something along these lines after we've landed the currently pending UI fixes, and this might "fix" the issue as well, especially if you could sort/filter out the table.
