In the download links -page for a build, link to instructions on using rsync and zsync.

The command in itself is fine for those who know how to use rsync/zsync, but new testers who are not familiar with it can't benefit from them.

What would be good, generic (non ISO testing specific) links to point the users to for these two cases?

There is https://help.ubuntu.com/community/rsync, but that doesn't seem to be too helpful. For zsync, there doesn't seem to be a page like this.

I could look into creating a simple wikipage for these (even a bit ISO testing specific'ish).
