This is getting a bit urgent, as translators need to have enough time in advance to do their work, and the translations need to land. These strings are also quite visible (e.g. notification of a new image on the messaging indicator).

Push no longer has strings that need translating; the relevant code was moved to a more appropriate place, that already has translations set up.

What's the issue with settings there? Could you give an example of string that should be translatable but is not?

That string is in the translation template, is it still showing untranslated?

The seems to be fixed on the current images (it shows translated in french at least)
