Bug Description
When creating a new static page if you don't fill out the details under publishing options the site automatically assigns the page to author 'anonymous' (eg. /feeds/regras)
This behavior is new and unexpected, previously it would just put my user name as the author.

The new version of django-blocks takes care of this. I will update the ubuntu-pt-website to the new version ASAP.
