Packages of Ubuntu releases that are already rolled out usually don't get version upgrades (release date of 20.04 was on April 23rd).
Are you interested in particular fixes that come with this new release? And if so can you specify their commit IDs so that they might be cherry-picked instead?

Can you cherrypick these commits?

2f133f2 servicelog: Validates fgets return value
f0b03ba servicelog: Validates return value of some servicelog api's
3d2d413 servicelog: Close opened service descriptor on failure of api's

Booth Groovy and Focal have servicelog 1.1.15 already.
