[vios] install fails on Power8 (biot)

I am trying to install vios on our Power8 system Biot, and it is failing as follows:

The vios images I have are:
PVM_VIRTUAL_IO_SBI_v2.2.6.20_1OF2.iso and PVM_VIRTUAL_IO_SBI_v2.2.6.20_2OF2.iso

Could it be that the VIOS image that I have might be the issue? If that is the case would it be possible for me to get the latest VIOS image?

Defect 1075668 was opened with a phaseFound value of 'unknown',
please use the Defect -modify command to update the phaseFound field when the proper phase is known. The
defect will not be able to move to the Verify state until the phaseFound field is updated.

This is an error from the cat command on the HMC. The defect
should be inspected by hmcscreen or by installios dev. AIX team
no longer screens defects for installios/HMC.
