Dear Canonical,

Currently 17.10 kernel is built using POWER7 instructions. It is time to change for POWER8, could you please change CONFIG_POWER7_CPU=n and CONFIG_POWER8_CPU=y

The 4.11 kernel in artful-proposed has CONFIG_POWER8_CPU=y. Artful will be switching to this kernel shortly.
