Bug Description

Some feedback that I received from a new contributor reminded me that using 'bzr lp-propose' instead of 'bzr lp-open' where appropriate in the documentation simplifies some tasks. We should review this usage.

committed the bit size fix to this, back working on triaging so if there are other small typos you guys find that might work let me know
