Bug Description

This appears to have been reported before; https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-packaging-guide/+bug/1385567

But a user reported hitting this issue again on askubuntu (https://askubuntu.com/questions/1365066/help-creating-source-packages-for-launchpad) so detail on `bzr dh-make` needs correction.

"bzr dh-make" was a wrapper around dh_make. They're not exactly the same thing and not a 1-1 replacement (dh_make doesn't interact with bzr).
