Bug Description

Recent changes have resulted in Git being the new code base platform rather than BZR, and as such the older packaging instructions are incorrect.

The guide needs updated for Git-compatible functionality, so that new users attempting to adjust package code aren't confused and don't run into BZR-related problems.

I am maintaining ubuntu-packaging-guide packaging/infrastructure, but I don’t really have time for content. So merge proposals (in bzr :)) are welcome.
