Bug Description

CSS of http://packaging.ubuntu.com/ is broken.

Let's fix it and make it look as nice as https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/apps/qml/tutorials/building-your-first-qml-app/

For starters, to revert the site to the state it was in, files that existed under http://developer.ubuntu.com/wp-content/themes/wordpress-theme-ubuntudeveloper/css/ should be uploaded somewhere and linked to from the <head>.

Sure, updated. The Ubuntu logo was still missing, but I fixed that too.
