Bug Description

Hi.

It seems that build-ec2-image fails with "copy-out-kernels: command not found" (line 159) if copy-out-kernels is not in $PATH.

I tried to make an maverik ec2 image using the automated-ec2-builds scripts, ran from the directory /root/automated-ec2-builds and build-ec2-image failed with:

./build-ec2-image: line 159: copy-out-kernels: command not found
failed copy out kernels

I looked at the 159 line and compared the way copy-out-kernels is called with the other scripts and noticed that copy-out-kernels doesn't have ${base_d} before it so I added ${base_d} and it worked. Maybe you should add this to the official version also.

The code has changed substantially since 2010, so the odds of this being valid are low. If someone does see this, though, feel free to reopen this bug.
