Create AMIs for 8.04 Hardy Heron

Bug Description

Create and make available official EC2 images for Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron (32-bit and 64-bit, US and Europe).

Hardy is an LTS release and is preferred by some companies running on EC2 (including me).

It's not clear to me if a separate kernel image (AKI+ARI) would be necessary. It's possible that Hardy could run on the Intrepid kernel on EC2.

While this could potentially "work", it would at least defeat the
purpose of an LTS (which is maintained for 5 years on servers) to be
running on a non LTS kernel which is only maintained for 18 months,
wouldn't it?

Good point. Please consider this a request for:

1. An Ubuntu Hardy AKI+ARI (kernel, ramdisk)
2. An Ubuntu Hardy AMI

The former is probably more important because once it exists, users can create their own Hardy AMIs using the kernel with vmbuilder.
