Disabling output with xrandr ends with strange display

Bug Description

When "xrandr --output pvrX --off" is used monitor is not disabled but screen output is mangled. Happens for DVI and HDMI outputs.

This is screen output after turning it off with xrandr. Top of screen has two copies of what was displayed on whole screen.

fyi, you'll want this patch:

although there are a couple related patches need in pvr user and kernel side.. I'm not entirely sure sure the process to build/release that. But I could point someone who has access to the pvr code at the needed patches.
