Bug Description
When adding new tabs to firefox or chromium, window will get stuck and will reposition itself anywhere you click on he screen. Also occured when trying to expand the amazon app and gparted. Would not allow you to input anytthing or switch to other screens. Only "fix" is to hard restart the nexus.
