MPEG sound decoder not worting

After a suspend/resume cycle to make the sound working, there is no problem to play a OGG music/vedio. However, with any type of MPEG files( MP3,MP4,FLV,etc...), the sound won't come out, but the vedio part does. The sound and vedio works in YouTube(using HTML5) while YouTube is working with FLV files.

Also in KDE the decoder won't be installed correctly.

Test Enviroment:
Hardwere : Nexus 7 16G
OS : Ubuntu 13.04
Desktop : Unity / KDE plasma desktop
Player : RythemBox/Amarok/Totem
