Top and and left graphic - Messed Up!

Bug Description

Followed the install successfully; after install of the OS first boot the desktop bar and side bar are all 'fuzzy'/ messed up/ not working :-)

Have tried just a reboot to see if this fixes it but no joy.

Help! :(

No point having it on my Nexus 7 32gb then :-) I'll come back once you can get past the installation without a fault :) Plu the keyboard/touch doesnt work - so you cant do anything!
