unity cannot be cleanly restarted from the command-line on Nexus7

What commands did you use to repro this?

Restarting unity from a terminal with "unity --replace" or "setsid unity" leads to unity being stopped and not restarted. See screen pic attached below.

I added a log option and the contents are just what the screencap shows:
compiz (core) - Info: Loading plugin: core
compiz (core) - Info: Starting plugin: core
compiz (core) - Error: Another window manager is already running on screen: 0
compiz (core) - Info: Stopping plugin: core
compiz (core) - Info: Unloading plugin: core

The syslog contains these entries at the very end which may or may not be useful:

I cannot confirm this on my dev laptop, only on the nexus7.

given two people are able to reproduce the issue, i'll go ahead and mark it as confirmed for unity.

status is unchanged for raring 13.04 , Unity bug is confirmed, leaving unassigned for the Nexus7 Project
