after reboot, framebuffer of previous boot appears on screen

2) reboot machine
3) as the next graphical session starts, the desktop from the previous session flashes on the screen, and then disappears

This is cosmetically ugly, but more seriously could be a security/privacy leak.

Still an issue with Raring, 13.04 will attach debug info for 13.04 and assign to Alex , tegra related
