Bug Description

Since FF4b8 browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground behaviour changed: the specification (http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config_entries#Browser.) says "setting this preference to True will still bring the browser to the front when opening links from outside the browser", this is not the case anymore.

It's the underlying wm/compositing manager that has to decide if an application should receive focus or not.

Installed version is 4.0~b9+nobinonly-0ubuntu1~mfn~maverick1
