web browser thumbnails are not fullscreen

Bug Description

hi all, the thumbnails that the web browser make either in the internet panel or in my zone are not of the whole web page but only of the upper left cornor

the thumbnails seem fine in the "tabs" section of internet panel, but the "favorites" just have the top left part. This might be by design - please check intel image.

bill filler, when the web browser is running then the thumbnail of tabs look fullscreen but when web browser is closed tabs also take the upper left corner
