Regression: USB network adapter not used by network manager upon boot

Bug Description

Hey,

Since some ubuntu-mobile kernel update, I don't get network on boot anymore with the USB ethernet adapter.

If I simply unplug and replug to USB the adapter, driver gets loaded, NM sees new interface, I get network.

This is a regression, I would guess from the kernel monolithic changes.

Bye
