No way to close Date/time if launch SKB then launch date/time

No way to close Date/time if launch soft keyboard then launch date/time. Found the issue in applets 0.61-0ubuntu1. The issue happened in Gusty before but fixed later. Now it happened again in Hardy due the time applet is removed from moblin-applets and is installed by gnome-system-tools now.

Reproduced steps:
---------------------------
1.Launch soft keyboard.
2.Launch date and time from settings.
3.Close soft keyboard.

Current results:

In step2, "Date and time settings" dialog cannot resize and button "close" disappear, some text was truncated.
In step3, "Date and time settings" dialog cannot restore to original size.

Expected results:
-------------------------
In step2&3, "Date and time settings" dialog should resize well to make whole UI perfect.

I think the issue has big impaction for end-user, suggest fix it in m11.

This bug will occur with any dialog that's created while the soft keyboard is enabled. From the perspective of GTK, the virtual keyboard actuall alters the dimensions of the screen. If it does this while the dialog is enabled, GTK resizes the dialog in real time to fit, then puts it back when the keyboard goes away. However if the VKB is on when the dialog is actually created, GTK assumes that the dimensions given are the hard dimensions and the dialog is stuck there.

I only found date/time has the issue but other applets work well under different keyboard layouts.

On Q1, the screen is small, it's easy to reproduce the issue.
On CB, the screen is bigger than Q1, use extended/default keyboard layout cannot reproduce. If use USA layout, it will occupy half screen and user cannot select some applets such as screen resolution, about Device, touchscreen and time&date, so not easy to reproduce it.
If connect LCD kit to CB, the issue is happened.
