add claws-mail-i18n to pick up translations

Bug Description
Acton project has added claws-mail-i18n to local builds to pick up claws-mail translations.
Since Ubuntu Mobile has claws-mail, they might consider adding its translations too.
When that happens, we can remove it from our fset.
