Some words in "Connect to a 802.1x protected wired network" dialog are not intact. Found the issue in network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5.

Reproduced steps:
----------------
1. Click network manager icon on status bar.
2. Click "Connect to 802.1x Protected Wired Network..." item.
3. Check the pop up dialog.

Expect result:
----------------
The whole dialog should be shown correctly.

Current result:
----------------
The words "Enter the name and security settings of ..." can not be shown correctly.
In step2, no response when clicking "Manual configuration".
