Failed to un-install extension.
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. Install an extension if no extension exists in midbrowser, e.g. Noscript.
2. Open Add-ons sub window via Tools->
3. Click un-install button and follow-up un-installation instructions.
4. Restarting midbrowser, the extension to be un-installed will be still in Extensions list and enabled.
Expected result:
----------------
Installed extension can be successfully un-installed.

The bug was found in UME
