Should remove "manual configuration" item from network manager

Should remove "Manual configuration" item from network manager due it doesn't work when click it. Found the issue in network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5.

Reproduced steps:

1. Click network manager icon on status bar.
2. Click "Manual configuration" item.

Expect result:
----------------
It should remove manual configuration item due it doesn't work.

Current result:
----------------
In step2, no response when clicking "Manual configuration".

Why are we testing with network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5? Does this fix need to merged with ubuntu repository?

The issue found in UME beta4 image, I think the fix should be merged into Hardy.

Perhaps this issues expected result should be: Manual configuration screen launches and a manual connection can be configured and established?

Currently, configure Proxy applet will configure network connection manually. So I think we may not need manual configuration item anymore.
Even if manual configuration screen launches, it should also point to proxy configuration dialog. What do you think about?
