Bug Description

<Build: UME Daily 20082904 Menlow Full>
<Environment: Jax10>

Summary:
It seems that the home screen filter "ALL" should show all applications on the system, but the preferences apps are left out of this view. Perhaps we should have a menu option "Favorite" with the apps that now appear on "ALL" and move "ALL" to a state where it actually shows all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) From home marque choose "ALL" from drop down

Expected result:
All apps are shown including preferences

Actual result:
Preference apps are not shown

I just had a quick check and it seems to show all the icon I can find in the various sections from the menu.

Works as designed in RC2. Feature outlined would be an enhancement.
