Claws Mail - If you click New Account you MUST create an account to exit

Summary:
If you tap the new account function button you are entered into a process that cannot be escaped from without creating another mail account. There should be a way to cancel the new account process at any point.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Claws Mail
2) Application drop down -> Configuration -> Create new account

Expected result:
New account dialogue opens but can be exited without completing the SMTP information page.

Actual result:
Cannot exit new account creation process without creating a new account with SMTP information completed.

Same on Maemo. The Close button should be able to cancel.
