Video applet: No way to refresh file list without relaunch

Summary:
When adding files to the ..media/video folder, the list of available files is not updated in the Video applet unless you quit the applet and relaunch it. There should be a refresh option in the drop down.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Video Applet
2) Launch Browser and download video files to ../media/video/
3) Go back to home screen and click Video applet
Expected result:
Either newly added files automatically appear in running Video listing or there is a refresh button on the tool bar or in the menu drop down
Actual result:
Files only appear in list when applet is quit and relaunched
