Bug Description

<Build: UME Daily 20081404>
<Environment: Xephyr>

Summary:
When saving images, movies, or music from the browser, the default "Save As" directory is not ../media. This is where the media applications look for content. It seems natural for all applications that can save that content, to default to that location.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch browser
2) Go to flickr.com
3) Save image as

Expected result:
Browser default to media folder

Actual result:
Browser does not default to media folder

 If left click directly,the audio will be downloaded to /home/ume/media/audio,video(I tried the .wmv file) will be downloaded to /home/ume/Documents,image will be /home/ume/media/image which doesn't exist by default.So only audio files can be downloaded to correct directory.
No matter what file with any type,if I right click and choose "save as",it will be saved to /home/ume/Documents by default.

It was working at one point. But since we switch the browser to build with the system xulrunner, it no longer works. Jimmy is working on a fix for this.

Attaching proposed patch for review. The patch needs to be integrated into the xulrunner-1.9 library from Ubuntu.
