<Environment: Xephyr>
Summary:
When selecting add-ons from the tools menu of the MidBrowser, it returns an error.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Browser
2) Open Drop Down Menu
3) Select Tools -> Add-Ons
4) Click Browse All Add-ons link in Right corner
Expected result:
Add-on tool is displayed with a list of available add-ons and the ability to add more
Actual result:
3) "Mid-browser couldn't retrieve add-ons"
4) Page not found 404

Jimmy, if extension is not POR, can we do something to stop browser from retrieving add-ons in the add-on dialog?
