Launch USA layout soft keyboard made date/time settings dialog UI disordered, the close button disappear.

Reproduced steps:
---------------------------
1.Launch keyboard, then select USA layout, close keyboard applet.
2.Launch date and time from settings.
3.Launch soft keyboard.

Current results:

In step3, "Date and time settings" dialog cannot resize and button "close" disappear due to the USA layout SKB occupy much screen place. Suggest resize USA layout soft keyboard to make the UI friendly and nice.

Expected results:

In step3, "Date and time settings" UI should work well with any type layout of soft keyboard.

This is really a bug in the USA layout of the matchbox keyboard. The date&time dialog does get scrunched up when the virtual keyboard is on, but it goes back to normal once it goes away.

Changing this to low and adding Horace, Horace, do you know of a quick way to downsize the keyboard layouts? Simple and Default are the only ones that are reasonably sized. The others squish the available screen real estate down to a horizontal slit.
