Plymouth start up missing image and text is wrong

After installing a fresh install of Ubuntu MATE 24.10, the Plymouth splash screen is missing the MATE logo and is just a crappy text od Ubuntu MATE. I noticed same issue in the later development days of Ubuntu MATE 24.04. So it looks like this has been carried over to 24.10, again used the daily builds iso, ran the checks on integrity and all was good. If I can get a screenshot I will post it, but I have attached the neofetch. As usual I have installed the development release in Virtualbox (7.0.16). I have attached a screenshot of the specs on my virtual machine. Not sure about the error on the boot screen, but thats been happening since 22.04 VM
