Bug Description

This is concerning a fresh installation of 23.10 using the ISO on the website currently.
There are major inconsistencies when starting an installation on a system with multiple monitors.

Installation #1 on 3 monitors will result in the process starting on the right-most screen.
Rebooting and launching installation #2 on the same setup will result in the process starting on the left-most monitor.
During this 2nd installation, going a bit further in the process(disk partition) the installer screen will redraw automatically from the left monitor onto the middle monitor. And then it gets weirder (See enclosed pictures below).

After that the screen has been redrawn on the middle screen I dragged it back on the left monitor and was able to complete installation.

This is what happened immediately after I dragged the install screen from the middle back to the left-most of my monitors.
