Bug Description
Ubuntu 22.04 , ubuntu-mate-desktop 1.282 on Lenovo V510-15IKB
Bug: In mate-tweak, the option Enable dok is on. However the dok doesn't appear after starting the user session. The message in /var/log/syslog is
Sep 3 16:22:31 michalovo-V510 dbus-daemon[3525]: [session uid=1000 pid=3525] Activating via systemd: service name='org.
Workaround: Run mate-tweak and set Enable dok off and on again.
Another workaround: in MATE System Control Centre add the binary /usr/bin/plank to the startup apps and specify delay 60s.
