Users Menu in Settings

i can see iam unable to Create a User via Setting GUI in Ubuntu MATE 22.04

I can see the option is present in Ubuntu 22.04 Settings.

Please fix this and let the settings & Menu show the Users Settings link.

You can simply install it from the repository by

sudo apt-get install gnome-system-tools

"`gnome-system-tools` was originally included in Ubuntu MATE because it offers user and time management features. But it can now be removed from the Ubuntu MATE default install because recent versions of MATE Control Center provide user and time management."

If recent versions of MATE Control Center provide user and time management, then WHERE?

On a fresh install of 22.04 I wanted to create additional users...

menu -> control center -> ...

Users and Groups icon not found! How would an non-technical user go about creating additional users if there is no gui ?

Please ensure gnome-system-tools is included in the installation ISO

Also please ensure there are test cases to verify this part on 22.04 and future releases.
